Job summary

AlphaEdge Creations, a Karachi-based graphic design studio, is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to expand the client base and drive revenue for creative services including branding, print, and digital design.

The Sales Executive will identify new business opportunities, manage relationships with prospective and existing clients, and coordinate with the creative team to ensure proposals meet client objectives and budgets. This role reports to the Head of Business Development.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Proven sales experience in B2B services or creative agencies.
• Must-have: Track record of meeting sales targets.
• Must-have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client presentations and negotiations.
• Must-have: Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, and scope documents aligned with design deliverables.
• Must-have: Basic understanding of graphic design workflows and terminology.
• Must-have: Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Must-have: Good negotiation skills, pricing awareness, and commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, and referrals within the Pakistan market.
• Conduct client discovery and meetings to understand requirements for branding, marketing collateral, and digital design projects.
• Prepare tailored proposals, cost estimates, and presentations in collaboration with the creative team.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close sales, and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, pipeline stages, and client communications.
• Coordinate with designers and project managers to ensure deliverables match client expectations and scope.
• Travel as required to meet clients and attend events.
