You will represent the company in client meetings, conduct on-site assessments when required, and guide prospects from enquiry to contract.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads in Sialkot and surrounding neighborhoods; prospect new clients through site visits and local networking.
• Conduct client consultations and on-site measurements or assessments to understand renovation and fitout requirements.
• Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and scope documents in coordination with project and design teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms, follow up on approvals, and close contracts while ensuring alignment with company pricing and margins.
• Coordinate handover of won projects to operations, ensuring accurate transfer of client expectations and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and follow-ups.
