Job summary

EMS Events and Tours is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to grow its corporate client base for events, tours, conferences, and team-building programs in Karachi. You will identify opportunities, nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, and tailor proposals to client needs.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will travel to meet clients in Karachi and other markets, manage end-to-end sales, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling event solutions

Qualifications

• Proven sales and business development experience in events or B2B services.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, and closing skills.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and build relationships.
• Experience with CRM systems and forecasting.
• Willingness to travel and conduct meetings in Karachi and other markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new corporate clients and opportunities.
• Develop leads via cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, networking, and research.
• Engage HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, and other decision-makers.
• Arrange face-to-face and online client meetings.
• Present services and prepare client proposals.
• Assess client needs and propose tailored event and tour solutions.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups until deals close.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close business.
