Job summary

GreenLine Electronics is hiring a Concierge Supervisor in Karachi, Pakistan to lead a dedicated concierge team in a luxury hotel setting. You will oversee daily operations and ensure guest requests are met promptly.

You will train staff, provide guidance, and maintain knowledge of local attractions and transportation options to enhance guest experiences. The role requires excellent English communication, strong leadership, and a customer-oriented mindset, with flexible hours including weekends

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate a team.
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, events and transportation options.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the concierge department including managing schedules, assigning tasks and providing guidance to team members.
• Train new staff members on all aspects of the concierge role and hotel policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, reservations, recommendations and any other requests they may have.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, transportation options and other useful information for guests.
• Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and elevate as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies used by the concierge team and place orders as needed.
• Ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service for guests.
• Conduct performance evaluations for concierge staff and provide feedback for improvement.
