Concierge Supervisor

As a Concierge Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our concierge team in Lahore. Your primary duties will include supervising and training staff, maintaining a high level of customer service, and ensuring that all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for creating schedules, managing inventory, and handling guest complaints or concerns. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional service. Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred. Salary for this full-time position is $1700 per month.
