Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software, installing and maintaining systems, and guiding users via phone, email or in person, with strong documentation and escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware and software.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Salary
