DevBazar in Lahore is seeking a confident Cold Calling Specialist to engage potential clients, pitch services, and convert prospects into customers. You will handle objections, follow up diligently, and close deals to hit sales targets.

1–3 years of cold calling or sales experience is preferred. Excellent English communication and strong negotiation skills are required to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

About the Role

We’re looking for confident, energetic, and target-driven Cold Calling Specialists who can effectively engage potential clients, generate interest, handle objections, and convert prospects into successful sales.

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients.

• 1–3 years of cold calling or sales experience preferred.
• Experience in Digital Marketing Sales / Campaign Sales will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication and convincing skills.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• Previous experience in client/customer handling.
• Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into customers.
• Target-oriented, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Must be willing to work the 7 PM – 4 AM night shift.
• Fresh candidates with exceptional communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
