Job summary

Taj Gasoline in Faisalabad invites applications for a Cluster Manager role to oversee our outlet operations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 4–5 years of experience in fuel station operations or retail, with 4+ years in an Oil Marketing Company preferred.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory, sales strategies, customer service, HSSE compliance, and ensure accurate reporting and cost control. This is a full-time position based at our Faisalabad site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–5 years of experience in fuel station operations or retail, with a minimum of 4 years in an Oil Marketing Company (OMC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff rosters, performance, payroll and disciplinary actions.
• Training, coaching and motivating teams to deliver KPI and reduce attrition.
• Supervision of daily site operations, reports and documentation.
• Supervising fuel handling, tank lorry decantation, and inventory management activities; ensuring compliance with SOP, preventive maintenance and operations standards.
• Developing and executing sales strategies and local marketing initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure proper reconciliation of all transactions.
• Managing cash flow, credit sales, collections and cost control activities.
• Ensuring high levels of customer service, cleanliness and complaint resolution.
• Compliance with HSSE, safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
