Hascol Petroleum Limited is seeking a Management Trainee Officer for its Retail Fuel Sales team in Islamabad. Fresh graduates are welcome, with internships or academic projects considered an advantage. You’ll work on administrative tasks, vendor liaison, and regional process improvements to support retail operations.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree is required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; internship or academic project experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and management.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative duties for the Retail Head office.
• Manage advertisement taxes for the region.
• Support sales coordination and order taking.
• Follow up on open cases and liaise with other departments on preventive maintenance.
• Recover outstanding payments from dealers.
• Manage and resolve complaints at retail sites.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Operations to execute retail orders.
• Maintain and update the credit status of credit accounts.
• Take on other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
