Job summary

HR Ways in Lahore, Pakistan, seeks a General Manager Sales to lead the sales function and expand fuel-related opportunities across industrial and commercial sectors. You will craft the strategic plan, recruit and coach the team, and drive high-value account growth.

The role requires deep petroleum/diesel marketing experience, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of expanding market share in a competitive environment. Onsite work in Lahore is expected.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of progressive B2B sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
• Proven experience in petroleum, diesel, lubricants, energy, industrial products, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-value corporate accounts.
• Experience leading and scaling sales teams.
• Strong background in contract negotiation and business development.
• Industries preferred: OMCs, power backup, fuel distribution, construction materials, industrial energy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales and business development strategy.
• Lead and mentor the sales team; conduct pipeline reviews and drive KPIs.
• Acquire and manage key accounts across multiple sectors.
• Expand B2B fuel sales nationwide; manage pricing and terms.
• Monitor market trends, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely collections.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and support to ensure service quality.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration

Bachelor's degree in Marketing

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

MBA (Marketing or Sales) preferred
