Job summary

Hascol Petroleum Limited is seeking a Management Trainee Officer for Retail Fuel Sales based at Islamabad. The trainee will ensure standards of retail products and implement improvements as needed.

The role involves admin duties at the Retail Head Office, taxes handling for the region, sales coordination, order taking, and liaison with multiple departments to support maintenance and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or academic project experience will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with vendors and to communicate the problem to the management.
• Able to handle site related issues and find effective measures to resolve them.

Responsibilities

• Handle admin related duties of Retail Head office.
• Handling of advertisement taxes for the region.
• Assist in sales coordination and order taking.
• Follow up of cases.
• Keep liaison with various department for proactive and preventative maintenance.
• Handling recoveries of outstanding from various dealers.
• Complaint management and resolution arising from issues at sites.
• Coordinating with Logistics and Operations for the execution of retail orders.
• Maintain and update credit status of credit accounts.
• Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.
