Job summary

Master Group is seeking a Manager, Cloud Operations to lead day-to-day cloud activities across Huawei, AWS, Azure, GCP or hybrid environments. You will supervise a team of cloud engineers, ensure 24/7 availability, and drive automation using IaC tools while aligning with security and governance requirements.

The role requires 7+ years in cloud operations, strong monitoring/incident response skills, and hands-on experience with multi-cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• BS degree in computer sciences or related field is required.
• 7+ years of relevant cloud operations experience.
• Hands-on with Huawei, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, and incident response.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with networking, security, and identity management in cloud environments.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Leadership and mentoring of a cloud operations team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cloud operations, provisioning, monitoring, and incident management.
• Ensure 24/7 availability and performance of cloud-hosted apps.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, dashboards, and escalation procedures.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Mentor cloud operations engineers and drive automation with IaC.
• Coordinate with DevOps for deployment pipelines and upgrades.
• Monitor and optimize cost, performance, and reliability.
• Assist customers with workload migrations to ICL setup.
