Premier NX is seeking a Cloud Engineer to monitor and support cloud infrastructure. You'll work with AWS and Microsoft Azure environments and will be responsible for incident management and system administration tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT, 2–4 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position offers market-competitive salary and various benefits including medical coverage and paid leaves.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Cloud Support, Technical Support, or System Administration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Basic scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cloud infrastructure and resolve incidents.
• Provide L1 support for AWS and Azure environments.
• Perform system administration tasks including user management.
• Coordinate incidents with Infrastructure and Development teams.
• Support cloud deployments and maintenance activities.
• Create and update SOPs and technical documentation.
• Identify issues and recommend improvements.
