Job summary

Ahdus technology is seeking a Senior AWS Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure. You will drive cloud adoption, automate deployments with IaC, and ensure security across datasets and applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect resilient cloud solutions, lead migrations, and mentor junior engineers while keeping up with AWS innovations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience designing and managing AWS infrastructure.
• Expertise with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, CloudWatch, IAM, Route 53).
• Strong experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK).
• Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash).
• Experience with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Solid networking, security, and cloud-architecture understanding.
• AWS certifications preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage complex AWS environments focusing on availability, scalability, and security.
• Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Automate deployment pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations to meet business requirements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AWS resources for cost, performance, and security.
• Implement IAM, encryption, and compliance best practices.
• Lead migrations to AWS from on-premises or other clouds.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best-practice docs and training.
• Stay updated on AWS services and industry trends; suggest improvements.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AWS Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate will have deep experience with AWS services, infrastructure-as-code, automation, and cloud security best practices, supporting business-critical applications and driving cloud adoption strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage complex AWS environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Automate deployment pipelines with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to implement cloud solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AWS cloud resources and applications for cost, performance, and security.
• Implement cloud security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and compliance.
• Lead migration projects from on-premises or other cloud platforms to AWS.

Qualifications:
