Job summary

Master Group is seeking a Digital Sales Manager – Cloud Services to lead digital-led revenue growth across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and industry cloud solutions. This role focuses on scalable digital sales funnels, data-driven acquisition models, and integrated campaigns targeting Enterprise, FSI, Tech, and Telco sectors.

The leader will own digital pipeline creation, online channel performance, customer lifecycle optimization, and digital partner ecosystem expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, CS or related field.
06-10 years of relevant experience in cloud sales and digital marketing.
Experience driving ABM, B2B digital funnels, and cloud consumption growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the digital sales strategy for cloud product lines (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Drive monthly and quarterly digital revenue targets across defined verticals (Enterprise, FSI, Tech).
Implement marketing automation workflows using CRM/MA tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
Create scalable digital playbooks to support industry-specific cloud use cases.
Track cloud consumption patterns and execute digital nudges to increase usage.
Implement cross-sell/upsell campaigns for managed services, security, analytics, and AI cloud services.
Build dashboards for funnel analytics, conversion metrics, ROAS, CLTV, CPA, churn, and retention.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Enterprise Sales, Cloud Engineering, and Customer Success.
