DBS Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function, drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth. You will plan and run campaigns across digital and offline channels, manage the marketing team and budget, and ensure every activity ties back to business goals.

You will develop the annual strategy, lead integrated campaigns, oversee brand messaging, and partner with Sales, Product and Customer Success to optimize conversions and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 5–7 years of marketing experience with 2+ in leadership.
• Proven track record delivering measurably successful campaigns.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge across paid, email, social and SEO.
• Experience with analytics and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong budgeting and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategy aligned with objectives.
• Lead campaigns across digital, social, email, content and events.
• Manage brand identity and messaging consistency.
• Oversee performance marketing and content to generate quality leads.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget and ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Coordinate with Product, Design and Customer Success on launches.
• Lead and mentor marketing team including designers and writers.
• Manage agencies and vendors with briefs and timelines.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.
• Track KPIs and present reports to leadership.
• Test new channels and ideas through experiments.
