Job summary

Dm Clinical Research Group is seeking a Clinical Training Coordinator I to serve as an instructional liaison and operational lead for planning, delivering, and overseeing clinical training programs at the Karachi corporate site.

You will conduct training needs assessments, manage the LMS, develop content for QMDs and SOPs, and collaborate with QACE, HR, Site Operations, and OD teams to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality training across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, life sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinical research training, HR, or related clinical trials experience.
• Experience creating learning content and administering LMS platforms or onboarding programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate standardized clinical training programs across multiple sites with HR, OD, QACE, Site Management and Central Services.
• Conduct needs assessments, skills gap analyses, and instructional analysis.
• Manage LMS activities: track completions, upload content, run reports, update user records.
• Create and curate content for QMDs, SOPs, and role-based training modules.
• Onboard new hires post initial HR onboarding and oversee onboarding processes.
