Job summary

Indus Hospital is seeking a Coordinator (CSR) to support Karachi-based operations. The role focuses on coordinating site teams, maintaining service standards, and ensuring efficient logistics, inventory, and reporting.

The candidate should have a strong background in hospital operations, vendor coordination, and SLA management. Regular communication with line managers, department heads, and donors is essential, along with maintaining compliance with SOPs and health network standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience or 3-4 years with Masters in related operations roles.
• Strong coordination and communication skills required.
• Experience with site operations and admin functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with site team to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with support services and site admin to maintain service standards.
• Arrange logistics for travel and official visits.
• Manage SLAs and ensure timely reporting to HOD and line manager.
• Maintain records for assets, inventory, utilities, and procurement.
• Oversee ambulance management and clinical environment compliance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on stock levels, consumables, and medicines.
• Ensure routine maintenance, asset records, and procurement requests.
• Support field staff to resolve issues promptly and maintain service quality.

Education

Bachelors /Masters in relevant subject
