Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Karachi invites an Operations Coordinator to guide CBRE staff on work priority, staffing, and customer satisfaction. You will use CMMS to manage work orders, track status, and control costs.

This role requires 3–5 years in scheduling or planning, strong English and Urdu communication, and experience in facilities/project management. You will onboard new customers and contractors, generate KPI reports, and support travel and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a reputed university or college.
• Three to Five years' progressive experience in scheduling/planning activities.
• Experience with Facilities and Project Management in an asset context.
• Excellent English and Urdu communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders history and track status using CMMS.
• Monitor and report daily Service Level Agreement compliance.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports and share with stakeholders.
• Onboard new customers and contractors to CBRE portals.
• Create Purchase Orders for OPEX invoices monthly.
• Support travel planning and onboarding of new joiners.
• Act as CSR backup during peak hours.
