Job summary

Indus Hospital Islamabad is seeking a data-entry assistant to maintain and update client records in the Management Information System daily. You will ensure data accuracy, adhere to established protocols, and report any discrepancies to the site manager.

The role also involves generating periodic project reports, preventing data duplication, and providing routine IT support to the project site office under supervision of the Clinical & Program Manager.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of data-entry experience.
• Proficiency with Management Information System (MIS).
• Ability to generate periodic project reports.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and preventing duplicates.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update client records daily in the MIS.
• Ensure data entry protocols are followed and data is reported on prescribed formats.
• Identify and report data collection errors to relevant staff and site manager.
• Check records to prevent duplication during client registration.
• Generate periodic project reports as required.
• Provide routine IT support at the project site office.
• Assist Clinical & Program Manager with additional tasks as needed.
