Job summary

People Perfect is seeking a Customer Care Representative to provide professional support across PSX, PMEX, and trading platforms. You will assist with account opening, onboarding, and resolving client queries to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with brokerage operations, and the ability to coordinate with various internal teams while maintaining client confidentiality and accuracy in records. The position is based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2 years of customer service experience preferred in brokerage or financial services.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Familiarity with PSX/PMEX and trading platforms is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office and client record management.

Responsibilities

• Handle client queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Assist clients with account opening, KYC, documentation, account activation, and onboarding.
• Guide clients regarding Tradin One, PSX, PMEX, mobile app, web portal, and desktop terminal.
• Support clients in login issues, password reset, deposits, withdrawals, portfolio access, and account-related matters.
• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Equity, PMEX, Research, IT, Finance, and Settlement teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain records of client complaints, follow-ups, service requests, and resolutions.
• Follow up with clients for pending documents, initial deposit, activation, and feedback.
• Escalate urgent, sensitive, or unresolved matters to the relevant supervisor.
• Attend official activities and client service events as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure compliance with company policies.
