Job summary

HumanTek, a global IT services and digital solutions company based in Karachi, is seeking a Customer Success Executive to manage daily client communications, onboard new clients, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project progress and outcomes.

The role involves maintaining regular contact through email, chat, calls, and meetings, while driving client satisfaction and retention across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, Customer Service).
• 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, Account Coordination, Client Services, or Project Coordination.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and collect required information and assets.
• Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Maintain regular communication through email, chat, calls, and meetings.
• Coordinate with development, design, marketing, production, and QA teams.
• Monitor project progress and provide timely client updates.
• Follow up on pending requirements, approvals, feedback, and deliverables.
• Identify client concerns and elevate unresolved issues to the Customer Success Manager.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, client documentation, and activity reports.
• Support client satisfaction, retention, and relationship-building initiatives.
• Follow company SOPs and continuously improve client service processes.
