You will manage WhatsApp and inbound queries, perform outbound calls, provide project updates, and ensure a professional customer experience across channels.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good command of English and Urdu.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage several conversations.
• Experience in CSR, customer support, telesales, or real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to WhatsApp queries from clients and potential customers promptly and professionally.
• Manage inbound customer queries and calls, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Handle and maintain customer documentation and records.
• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and leads.
• Follow up with leads and customers to support the sales team and improve conversions.
• Handle UN inbound calls and ensure professional communication with callers.
• Provide clients with regular construction/project updates, including progress and relevant developments.
• Communicate sales-related information, offers, project details, and updates to prospective and existing clients.
• Manage and maintain strong dealer engagement, ensuring regular communication and follow-ups with all dealers.
• Coordinate with the sales and management teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience across all communication channels.
