Qualifikationen

About the Role

BPO BAY is hiring a Client Acquisition Specialist for our growing B2B Construction Services Campaign targeting the US market.

You will connect with business decision-makers, understand their needs, qualify opportunities, and generate appointments that contribute to new client acquisition and business growth.

Excellent spoken and written English is our highest priority. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, listens actively, and confidently maintains professional conversations with US-based prospects.

Success in this role means consistently generating qualified opportunities, booking productive appointments, and helping convert prospects into long-term clients.
