BPO BAY Pvt Ltd in Islamabad is seeking a Client Acquisition Specialist for our US market, focusing on outbound B2B sales and appointment setting. You will engage US-based decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and drive new client growth.

Excellent English is essential; on-site night shift 6:00 PM–3:00 AM local time; 1–2 years of experience; 14 or 16 years of education; CRM use and targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outbound sales, cold calling, B2B sales, client acquisition, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills—essential for this role.
• 14 or 16 years of education from a recognized institution.
• Availability to work on-site in Islamabad during the stated night shift.
• Strong listening, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based businesses and decision-makers.
• Engage contractors, builders, construction companies, and business owners.
• Present our services clearly and explain their value to potential clients.
• Understand prospect needs and identify relevant sales opportunities.
• Qualify leads and book appointments with interested decision-makers.
• Handle objections and rejection professionally.
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with the team to support conversion and client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate prospect details, call notes, and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and sales KPIs.
