OPPO is seeking a detail-oriented Channel Control Assistant to support channel operations, stock monitoring and data management. You will verify IMEI and dealer information, maintain CRM updates and prepare regular reports across regions.

Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in MS Excel and strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with RSMs, SEs, OMs and wholesalers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years in sales/channel operations encouraged.
• Strong MS Excel and data handling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track inter-region stock movement and identify cross-stock cases.
• Verify IMEI, dealer, shop, and stock-origin information.
• Maintain daily cross-stock data and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with RSMs, SEs, OMs, and wholesalers to verify and resolve cases.
• Identify unusual or unauthorized stock movement and report it to management.
• Ensure accurate CRM updates and compliance with stock/channel policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales/channel operations are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of MS Excel and data handling.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
