Job summary

OPPO is seeking a detail-oriented Channel Control Assistant to support channel operations, stock monitoring and data management. You will verify IMEI and dealer information, maintain CRM updates and prepare regular reports across regions.

Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in MS Excel and strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with RSMs, SEs, OMs and wholesalers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years in sales/channel operations encouraged.
• Strong MS Excel and data handling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track inter-region stock movement and cross-stock cases.
• Verify IMEI, dealer, shop, and stock-origin information.
• Maintain daily cross-stock data and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with RSMs, SEs, OMs, and wholesalers to resolve cases.
• Identify unusual stock movement and report to management.
• Ensure accurate CRM updates and policy compliance.
