Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience, including senior leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of factory operations, production planning, quality management, and supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations and P&L responsibility.
• Experience in textile/hosiery/export-oriented manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
• Strong commercial, financial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems, operational KPIs, and process automation.
