Job summary

Grasp Solutions Pvt Ltd. in Lahore Cantt is hiring for an inbound customer support role. You will handle calls and live chats for US clients, using each client’s greeting and scripts to assist customers with orders, bookings, and information.

We provide training, require good English communication, and the position is full-time with a demanding 9-hour day, six days a week, aligned to US time. Walk-in interviews are welcome Mon-Sat evenings.

Job description

Answer inbound calls and chats for businesses in the United States. No cold calling and no sales targets, at our office in Lahore Cantt.

Our agents answer calls and chats in each client's own business name: booking appointments and rides, taking messages, answering questions and helping customers with their orders.

This is an inbound job. We do not do cold calling or telemarketing. If your English is good and you enjoy helping people, we will train you.

What you will do:

Requirement: good English communication skills. Training is provided.

Full-time: 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, on US time. On-site at our office in Lahore Cantt. Walk-in interviews Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
