The role focuses on identifying and qualifying international prospects, conducting market research, and engaging potential clients through LinkedIn, email, AI-powered tools, and structured follow-ups. The selected candidate will work closely with senior management to build and maintain a strong international client pipeline.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify potential B2B prospects.

• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT for prospect research and outreach support.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field.
• Preferably 2–4 years of experience in B2B business development, international lead generation, sales development, professional services sales, or outbound prospecting.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience targeting international businesses, particularly US-based clients, will be preferred.
• Good working knowledge of LinkedIn, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, CRM platforms, and AI tools.
• Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar prospecting/CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Strong research, analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, FP&A, cash flow, and business reporting would be beneficial.

Working Arrangements:

• Full-time position based in Lahore.
• Work will be coordinated through Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and approved prospecting platforms.
• The individual must be available for occasional meetings and coordination during US business hours.
• Working hours and any evening overlap will be determined and communicated by management.
