Business Development Executive

Build pipeline through LinkedIn and email outreach into international markets, and qualify properly before booking.

This is outbound to the US, UK, Gulf and Europe. We do not cold call - we tested it against real data and it did not work for us. It is research, a relevant first message, and a genuinely qualified handover.

What we are looking for

• One or more years of B2B outbound, ideally into Western markets
• Excellent written English - this role lives or dies on the first two lines of a message
• Comfortable being told no, frequently
• Disciplined about follow-up

Small senior team, no middle layer. You talk to the client and to the founder directly, and you own what you ship from scope through to production.
