Job summary

Cyber System seeks a dynamic Business Development Executive to attract international clients for premium 3D visualization services. You will target UK, USA, UAE and local markets, pitching our offerings including 3D rendering, walkthroughs, promos and remodel solutions.

The role requires 1–2+ years in BD/Sales, strong English, and hands-on use of LinkedIn Navigator and Upwork. On-site position in Lahore with growth, commission, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales.
• Experience in Architectural / Real Estate / Design agency sales is a big plus.
• Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and Lead Generation.
• Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated personality.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and acquire clients from UK, USA, UAE & Pakistan via LinkedIn, Upwork, Instagram, and Cold Outreach.
• Pitch our 3D rendering and architectural services to builders, developers, real estate agencies, and architects.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with our 3D design team to prepare proposals & quotations.
• Close deals, negotiate, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Manage CRM and follow-ups.
