Spaces and Places is seeking an Architecture & Interior Design Team Lead to guide a design team and manage multiple residential and commercial projects in Lahore. You will lead and coordinate designers, review drawings and 3D models, and ensure high-quality project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Architecture or related design, 2–3 years of experience, strong leadership, creativity, and excellent communication to manage on-site design initiatives and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant design discipline is required.
• 2–3 years of professional experience after graduation.
• Excellent knowledge of architecture and interior design.
• Experience leading or coordinating a design team.
• Strong design sense and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of designers (6–10).
• Review drawings, layouts, 3D models, renders, and presentations.
• Manage project timelines, workflows, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure consistency in design quality and standards.
• Guide junior designers with feedback on design and technical work.
• Manage multiple residential and commercial projects simultaneously.
• Take projects from concept to detailed design.

About the Role

We are looking for an Architecture & Interior Design Team Lead to lead our design team and manage multiple residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
