ASR BPO is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join our Lahore-based onsite team. The role requires 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation, email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with a target-driven mindset.

You will independently generate qualified leads, nurture them into a sales pipeline, and engage international clients to achieve sales targets. The position offers a competitive base salary with commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
