Job summary

The role requires strong BA fundamentals plus advanced SQL and Excel skills, with collaboration between Finance and IT to ensure accurate, timely delivery in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst (required).
• Experience supporting Finance/Accounting or financial data (required).
• Must work aligned to CST hours (until 12 PM CST).
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, CS, or Information Systems (Master’s a plus).

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
• Break down complex processes into actionable work items.
• Document workflows and ensure requirements are clear and testable.
• Partner with stakeholders to validate solutions.

Requirements
