Job summary

Big Entities is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to understand client problems, gather precise requirements, and translate them into practical software solutions. You will liaise with technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include documenting user stories, creating process diagrams, and validating with clients during demos and UAT. Strong communication and a growth mindset are essential for success in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software/technology environment.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and requirement-gathering skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Microsoft Clarity, or similar.
• Familiarity with process-mapping tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
• Strong documentation and attention to detail.
• Having experience with Smartsheet would be a plus.
