Job summary

NRSP Microfinance Bank Limited seeks an Officer specialized in Management Audit to conduct branch audits, investigations, and management reviews within set timeframes. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of relevant experience and will not manage a team, but will work closely with the Assistant Manager of branch audit to finalize

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in audit planning, execution, and report writing.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled branch audits and management audit reviews within planned deadlines.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, reasoned recommendations, and supporting papers.
• Assist the Assistant Manager of branch audit in review and finalization of reports.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes, banking structures, and internal policies.
• Review audit files to ensure completeness and compliance with auditing standards.
• Identify risks and evaluate effectiveness of internal controls within audited branches.
• Make recommendations for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with branch management to communicate audit findings and support corrective action.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of audit data and bank information.
• Execute additional assignments as directed by management.
