Qualificações

• Finance officers must have keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Experience with financial regulations and compliance is desirable.
• Ability to support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Responsabilidades

• Post all types of payments in accordance with DOFA, Procurement Manual, agreements, and tax requirements.
• Charge expenses daily to the branches in the financial control system.
• Prepare and issue payment letters for pay orders and transfer payments, notifying branches by email.
• Reconcile current accounts, vendor payables, staff payables, and client payables in the general ledger.
• Process credit advices from the insurance department and verify responses from branches.
• Post receipt transactions against various claims to general ledger accounts with proper allocation.
• Complete voucher documentation daily and submit to the record keeper for binding and maintenance.
• Support the audit process by providing vouchers and documents to external auditors.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.
