Faysal Bank Limited is seeking a branch-based Manager to drive profitability, build customer relationships, and ensure cross-sell of bank products while delivering excellent service. The role requires managing staff performance and maintaining a high-quality customer experience.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant retail banking experience, with strong knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and risk controls.

To execute measures for achievement and management of the branch's profitability, developing new business relationships, deepening existing customer relationships, and facilitating cross-sell of the Bank's products while ensuring the provision of a high level of customer service/experience to the Bank's customers, and, maintaining a high-quality portfolio to minimize loss to the Bank, whilst ensuring compliance with the Bank's internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

-The candidate must be minimum graduate with Bachelor's Degree and should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant retail banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall business management and mobilization and taking care of relationship with customers in order to extend satisfaction.
• Monitor sales and action plans for the branch and proactively support staff to achieve the business targets.
• Ensure the highest level of accuracy and professionalism is maintained while providing services to the customers.
• Ensure compliance through a sound knowledge of banks policies, procedures, services and system to avoid risk factors.
• Ensure employees under your supervision receive appropriate training to perform his/her duties effectively.
• To provide coaching and feedback in order to increase staff motivation and morale.
• To ensure that all the branch expenses are occurred within approved budget.
