Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in gold appraisal and valuation processes.
• Understanding of vault operations and physical security.
• Background in selling financial products and portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

• Gold appraisal and valuation of pledged ornaments as per policy.
• Joint custody of vault to ensure safekeeping of pledg­ed assets.
• Canvass and source new customers; drive field-marketing for growth.
• Drive cross-selling of third-party financial products and coins.
• Maintain low NPAs through timely follow-ups on interest and principal.
• Manage cash, accounting, reporting and ensure branch compliance.
• Hire, coach, train and mentor branch staff with feedback.
