Abacus Consultants in Pakistan seeks a_branch operations professional to perform gold appraisal and valuation of pledged ornaments, while jointly safeguarding the vault and ensuring compliance. You will grow the customer base, source new business, and push cross-sell of financial products within the branch.

The role requires hands-on leadership, cash handling, and disciplined follow-ups to minimize NPAs while ensuring strict process adherence and team development.

Responsabilités

• Gold appraisal and valuation of pledged ornaments as per policy.
• Joint custody of vault to ensure safekeeping of pledg­ed assets.
• Canvass and source new customers; drive field-marketing for growth.
• Drive cross-selling of third-party financial products and coins.
• Maintain low NPAs through timely follow-ups on interest and principal.
• Manage cash, accounting, reporting and ensure branch compliance.
• Hire, coach, train and mentor branch staff with feedback.

Description du poste

• Gold Appraisal & Valuation: Conduct error-free weight, purity assessment, and valuation of gold ornaments pledged by customers according to company policy and auditory compliance.
• Vault & Security Management: Act as joint custodian of the vault to ensure safe-keeping of pledged gold securities.
• Business Growth & Sourcing: Canvass and source new customers, drive field-marketing activities, and expand the gold loan portfolio.
• Cross-Selling & Revenue: Drive sales of third-party financial products, such as insurance products, NCDs, and gold coins.
• NPA & Collection Control: Maintain low Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) through strict customer follow-ups for timely interest and principal collections.
• Operations & Compliance: Manage cash management, accounting, daily reporting, and 100% process compliance at the branch.
• Team Leadership: Hire, coach, train, and mentor branch staff while providing regular performance feedback.
