You will manage the waiting area, keep materials stocked, ensure service timelines, escalate complaints per guidelines, and promote digital registrations and referrals to branch staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer interaction and service delivery.
• Ability to greet customers and guide them to appropriate staff.
• Familiarity with banking forms and processes.
• Maintain branch waiting area and provide information on services.
• Monitor service timelines and ensure timely completion of requests.
• Handle end-to-end customer complaints per guidelines.
• Promote digital registrations and referrals to branch staff.
