Qualifications

• Education: min 16 years in Finance, Accounts or Economics.
• Experience: 3 years (Master's) or 5 years (Graduate) in billing in a large organization.
• English proficiency: reading and writing.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage all billing activities for Container and Multipurpose operations to ensure accurate, timely and complete customer billing per SOP.
• Update tariff rates, exchange rates and other master data in the billing systems to safeguard billing accuracy.
• Oversee collections to ensure uninterrupted operations; monitor irregularities and deficiencies.
• Process customer waiver and refund requests per SOP.
• Prepare monthly reporting, analysis and statistics on billing and related services.
