Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Billing team in Industrial/Commercial (KHI) across East, West and Central areas.
• Develop and implement billing plans to meet revenue targets and improve efficiency.
• Monitor billing KPIs and take corrective actions to achieve revenue and operational targets.
• Recruit, train and mentor junior team members, including Territory Managers and field staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with billing policies, regulations, and risk management frameworks.
• Manage the budget for the Industrial/Commercial (KHI) section.
• Undertake any other assignments as required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to the Billing team in the Industrial/Commercial (KHI) section, in East, West and Central areas fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Develop and implement billing plans to meet revenue targets, enhance efficiency, and adapt to the unique requirements of the industrial and commercial sectors in Karachi.
• Monitor and analyze key billing performance indicators, proactively implementing corrective actions to ensure consistent achievement of revenue and operational targets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members at junior level, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce aligned with organizational goals.
• The team members include Territory Managers and other field staff for East, West and Central areas.

• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
• Undertake any other assignment as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
