Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with national business goals
• Lead, coach, and develop Area Sales Managers and field teams to boost performance and capability
• Drive route-to-market effectiveness, expanding coverage and improving execution standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, key retail customers, and trade partners
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to identify and act on growth opportunities
