Pinnacle is seeking an ambitious sales specialist to lead B2B telesales efforts for the Canadian market. You will conduct outbound calls, identify and qualify leads, and move opportunities through a structured sales process while coordinating with marketing and customer success to ensure a smooth client experience.

3–4 years in B2B sales, strong phone communication, and a proven target track record are required. A Bachelor's in Business or Marketing is preferred.

• Ability to engage with business decision-makers over the phone
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential business clients across Canada
• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into business relationships
• Engage with key decision-makers, presenting tailored solutions
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet targets
