BPO Impact in Lahore is seeking an ambitious sales professional to join a founding cold-calling team. You will reach out to US construction companies, introduce our design and estimation services, and build qualified leads from qualified lists.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or call center settings (BPO background a plus).

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to US construction companies from qualified lead lists
• Clearly and confidently introduce our design and estimation services
• Engage decision-makers, build rapport, and generate qualified leads
• Keep CRM/spreadsheet records sharp and up to date
• Sharpen your pitch continuously — scripts and objection handling are a starting point, not a script to read robotically
• Work closely with sales leadership to hit weekly and monthly targets

What You Bring

• Excellent spoken English — neutral or fluent accent (must-have)
• Cold calling, call center, or outbound sales experience (BPO background a plus)
• Strong communicator who can think on their feet and handle objections
• Comfortable and consistent on night shift (US hours)
• Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to grow in a performance-driven environment
• Basic computer literacy (CRM, spreadsheets)
