BPO Impact in Lahore is seeking an ambitious sales professional to join a founding cold-calling team. You will reach out to US construction companies, introduce our design and estimation services, and build qualified leads from qualified lists.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or call center settings (BPO background a plus).
• Excellent spoken English with neutral or fluent accent.
• Willing to work night shift aligned to US hours.
• Self-motivated and growth-oriented in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US construction companies from qualified lead lists.
• Introduce design and estimation services clearly and confidently.
• Engage decision-makers, build rapport, and generate qualified leads.
• Keep CRM/spreadsheet records up to date.
• Improve pitch with scripts and objection handling as a starting point.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to hit weekly and monthly targets.
