This full-time onsite role requires strong communication, discovery calls, and effective closing strategies. You will engage via phone, WhatsApp, DMs, email, and meetings, qualify opportunities, present proposals, and drive sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and manage warm prospects.
• Qualify leads based on need, budget, authority, urgency, and service fit.
• Conduct discovery calls and sales conversations to understand business goals and challenges.
• Communicate professionally through calls, WhatsApp, DMs, email, and meetings.
• Conduct virtual meetings and attend onsite client meetings when required.
• Recommend suitable services based on client requirements.
• Prepare, present, and discuss proposals, quotations, and service packages.
• Handle objections, pricing concerns, and negotiations professionally.
• Maintain consistent and structured follow-ups with qualified prospects.
• Move opportunities through different stages of the sales pipeline.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up notes, and deal status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and handover of closed clients.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and performance KPIs.
