Job summary

Scalemill is recruiting a Contact Research Specialist in Clifton, Karachi to build high-quality prospect lists and verify business data. You will use AI tools and online sources to identify decision-makers and ICPs, ensuring CRM-ready records.

The role runs 10 am to 7 pm, full-time from the office, reporting to Team Lead / Account Manager. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years in related research roles, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential.
At least 2 years of proven experience in contact research, web research, lead generation, data enrichment or a related role.
Experience working with B2B SaaS companies and CRM platforms will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Research companies and decision-makers, build accurate prospect lists based on project requirements.
Identify key decision-makers and ICPs for campaigns.
Collect, enrich and verify business information including names, job titles, company details, emails and phone numbers.
Perform email verification and phone validation to ensure deliverability.
Use AI-powered research, enrichment and automation tools to improve research quality.
Maintain clean, accurate, and CRM-ready prospect databases.
Collaborate with SDRs, Sales, Operations and Management to align research with business objectives.
